Services — Apple Managed IT
Your Apple devices, professionally managed.
Many organizations run on Macs, iPhones, and iPads that nobody actually manages — devices set up by hand, security applied unevenly, and accounts nobody can untangle when someone leaves.
Situations
Situations we're built for
Your team runs on Macs, iPhones, and iPads that nobody is really responsible for.
A new hire waits days for a laptop that should have arrived ready to work.
Nobody can say for certain what’s installed across the devices in the field.
When someone leaves, untangling their accounts and access takes longer than it should.

How the engagement works
How the engagement works
Onboarding starts with enrolling your devices into Apple Business Manager and mobile-device management, applying a consistent security baseline, and setting up accounts and access. From there, support continues on an ongoing basis — within an agreed service scope.
The detailed scope document — supported platforms and versions, service hours, communication channels, the response and escalation model, and client responsibilities — is confirmed in writing with every client before ongoing management begins. Until that document exists for a given engagement, we don't state or imply specific hours, response times, or coverage levels here.
Infrastructure & Automation
Workflow and server automation, private cloud and local infrastructure, NAS administration, and backup workflows — engineering applied to daily operations so repetitive work stops being manual and your data stays under your control.
ExploreAdvisory & Audit
Software audits, architecture reviews, quality assurance, technical due diligence, technology research, and vendor evaluation — documented answers before decisions that are expensive to reverse.
